Umar's B'day Party

Assalamualaikum

Umar Mukhtar celebrated his belated b'day partie on 21 Feb. Since Mak ngah has insisted to do the Majlis at her house, we celebrated at her house, well anyway she was the one doing everything, planning and cooking. As for Mami, I just boiled the nasi impit in the packets, and fried some nuggets and fries.

A Ben 10 chocolate cake for Umar and a Carrot Cake for Angah. We started the majlis at about 8pm. After the bacaan doa selamat, We sang a happy b'day song and Allah Selamatkan kamu, then Umar and Angah cut the cakes. After that umar distribute the goody bags to all his friends. Umar ended up getting 8 Ben 10's T shirt, one Upin & Ipin t shirt, stationary, toys, books and lots of money. He got what he has always wanted, a Ben 10 watch from abang Farin. Good for him..............

Yesterday, Umar asked his abah to bring him to the barber for a hair cut. When he came back, Mami was so stunt that he had asked his abah for an Upin & Ipin style haircut. Now he wants to look like Upin, no more Ben 10. Hmmmm, my son now looks even skinnier than before with his new bald looks. That is my son, he has his own taste now, and whatever other people say wont change his mind, except Umi. So Umi has to pretend that Umi likes the new looks, if not it will hurt his feelings. So, yezza............ bald is handsome now..........................( whispering to Abah , "please dont do the same).

So early this morning, "Umi, you have to buy me a new songkok because this one looks so big on my head now that I dont have hair ". Hmmmmmph new songkok la pulak????????
